I specialise in deeply restorative treatments that combine therapeutic massage with tailored facial care. My Deep Tissue Massage helps to release layers of tension and bring the body back into balance, while my customised facials focus on your skin’s unique needs — whether that’s hydration, brightening, or restoring harmony. Each treatment is intuitively designed to support both skin and body, with a touch of magic woven through every session, leaving you feeling rejuvenated, nurtured, and deeply relaxed.
I have also gained invaluable experience working as a massage therapist within a Chiropractic centre. This has allowed me to further refine skills in providing targeted treatments for various muscular and postural imbalances. It has also deepened the understanding of how massage complements chiropractic care and how both can work together to relieve pain, increase mobility and enhance overall health.
I have a Level 3 Award in Body Massage (with a distinction) and a Practitioners Diploma Advanced and Deep Tissue Massage. I am fully insured and a member of The National Association of Massage and Manipulative Therapy (NAMMT).
